__1337 Art is about affordable quality items that compliments a person's personal style. The name "1337" is a modern play on the word "elite." The name 1337 Art is meant to demonstrate that a piece of jewelry is not just a piece of jewelry; it's a work of art.

I welcome requests for current jewelry item alterations as well as custom design. I also welcome suggestions for items that I currently do not carry. My site is here to serve you—please let me know anything that will improve your shopping experience.

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped 1-3 business days after payment has cleared. Orders are shipped standard mail/first class via the United States Post Office. Expedited shipping options are available upon request. Please contact me for a quote.

International and Canada orders are shipped via First Class shipping. If you want to upgrade your shipping please contact me for a quote.

**I am not responsible for any custom fees**

International and Canada orders please allow up to 4 days for your item to be shipped due to conflicting post office and work schedules.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

For whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund. Returns must be received within 30 days of ship date. I cannot refund the postage for returned items. Refunds will be processed within 1 week of receiving the returned product.

I offer 100% customer satisfaction. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any inquiries or comments you may have.

Extra Information

I currently accept PayPal, money orders, checks, (and most) Credit Cards. Echecks are accepted, but items will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.

GOOGLE CHECKOUT users: I accept Google Checkout. When placing your order follow through with checkout as normal. After your order is placed, instead of going to the PayPal screen to send payment please contact me to request a Google Checkout invoice. I will then email you the invoice so you can pay that way.

**Zibbet has plans to rebuild the website early next year to allow guest checkout and integrated Google Checkout.

If you are paying with a check or money order, please allow for an additional 12 days after receipt of your payment to ensure it has been properly cleared.

Please send payment within 3 days and notify me of any delay if possible.

__1337 Art is a licensed business in the state of Washington. I charge 8.7% for taxes. If you are a resident in the state of Washington, your total purchase amount will include this 8.7%. If you are paying with PayPal, this amount will automatically be included.

If you decide you need to cancel your order, please let me know right away. Orders cannot be canceled once I have shipped the items.
