I have strung these beads on forty nine strand professional quality stainless steel nylon coated jewelry wire and finished it with a silver plated heart shaped toggle clasp. The dog tooth amethyst has inclusions of white and other colored matrix with in the stone. Although this matrix makes the amethyst more opaque it gives it a rich play of colors, which can be seen easily in these stones. The Bali style plated silver beads give this piece added texture and depth.
