Shipping Information


CUSTOMER SERVICE ~ SHIPPING & HANDLING

It's extremely important to me to provide excellent customer service and communication for all of my customers. I place a high priority on mailing packages expeditiously. Items are shipped M-F via USPS First Class Mail 24 - 48 hours after payment is received (excluding postal holidays). Delivery confirmation is provided for all domestic shipments. Please be aware that shipping & handling costs are not only for the postage fees charged by USPS for mailing but also cover the expense of jewelry boxes, packing supplies, labor & service required to prepare orders for safe shipment & final delivery.

Customer privacy is always respected & personal information will not be used by 3Fine Design® in any way other than for transaction and shipping purposes.


METHODS OF PAYMENT

(1) PayPal & Credit Cards

Credit card payments are accepted through Paypal with or without a Paypal account. Payment must be received within 3 days or the order will be canceled and the items will be returned to my shop.


DOMESTIC PURCHASES
****************************

U.S. purchases of $100.00 and over SHIP FREE! Individual items that are priced over $100.00 USD are already marked with free shipping. If you purchase over $100.00 USD worth of product (multiple items at one time), your shipping charges will be refunded.


SALES TAX

Purchases that are shipped to Minnesota addresses are assessed sales tax on the total purchase (product & shipping combined).


INTERNATIONAL

International buyers are responsible for any VAT or customs duty charges in their respective countries.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges


RETURN POLICY

EARRINGS: For hygienic reasons, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on earring purchases as these items cannot be resold. It's very important to me that all of my customers can buy with confidence knowing that the earrings they purchase are brand new, have never been purchased previously, tried on or worn by anyone else.

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have before purchasing. I'm more than happy to answer them for you. Your satisfaction is very important to me.

If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item/s and advise. AFTER 3 DAYS, all sales are FINAL. Returns are accepted as long as you contact me within 3 days & the items are returned (post dated) within 7 days of receipt of the item/s, in their original condition and packaging (ie., jewelry boxes, organza pouches), with any applicable 3Fine Design®, 3Fine Canine® or 3Fine Feline® tag (or cards) still attached to the item/s. ALL RETURNS (domestic) must come back to me with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & the DC number must be sent to me via email when the package is in the mail. Refunds will be given in the form of money back. Any original shipping and return shipping charges are at the buyer's expense.

All commission sales are final.

COMMISSIONS

Production time will vary depending on the size and design of the piece.

Hand stitched right angle weave and hand tooled leather pieces will require a longer production period due to their time consuming nature. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to commencement with the remaining balance due upon completion.

All commission sales are final.
