Shipping Information

All items will be shipped in a bubble bag or an appropriate envelope in an effort to protect the item as well as possible.

The method of shipping will be standard Australia Post or International Post. Should you require tracking on your item, please email me and I will advise you of the extra cost.

If your item is delayed in transit, please contact me and I will do my best to find its location and how much longer it will be.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I'm afraid I'm unable to offer a refund policy, so please choose carefully.

Each item is a one-off piece, so in the event of a lost or damaged item, I am unable to replace it.

Should the item be damaged in the post, I am more than happy to fix it to the best of my ability. This may not be a perfect mend, but I am willing to do my best.

If you return the item post-marked within a week of delivery, I'll be happy to refund your postage costs.
