I've always been a craft addict, exploring everything from sewing and paper crafts to digital art and photography. When my kids were born, that creative spirit went into overdrive. In fact, I often have trouble focusing, ever distracted by my various craft projects. That's the story behind my shop's name, "A Happy Distraction."

These days I split my free-time designing graphics for digital scrapbookers, designing paper goods, and playing with fabric. During my not-so-free time, you could find me cooking for my family, attending cub scout meetings, attending church, cleaning and taking care of my family and friends. Me? I'm just an ordinary jane with a creative streak.
