Shipping Information

■SHIPPING:
Payment MUST be received prior to package being shipped. Once payment is received the package will be prepared for shipment and will be shipped within 7-10 business days, unless RUSH shipment is requested (additional charge may apply). Shipping charges within the US are available for a flat rate fee of $3.
Orders will be shipped first class via USPS. If your package needs to be shipped outside the US please contact AK Boutique for shipping charges. Insurance can be purchased for an additional fee. Once the package leaves headquarters AK Boutique is no longer responsible for it if insurance is not purchased. Delivery confirmation can also be purchased. ***LOCAL pick up is available and must be paid for within 5 days!!! Regardless if picked up or not.***LOCAL delivery is available for an additional charge (within 15 miles)

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

■RETURNS:
Returns are not accepted. Once product leaves headquarters- AK Boutique is no longer responsible for the package. You can request insurance on your package for an additional charge. The only return accepted is HQ error (ex. sending wrong product, size, or color) or product defect.
