Shipping Information

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. I ship worldwide using the United States Postal Service. All listing show First Class Postage charges. However, USPS Priority is an option. Please contact me before paying for your purchase to request an alternate shipping method. Overnight shipping can be arrange using UPS.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 days of receiving payment.

For international orders, shipping fees including import, duty, tariff, VAT, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Needlework patterns are NOT RETURNABLE.

Please be reminded that needlework patterns are protected by US copyright laws. Patterns may be reproduced only in counted thread format using fabric, needle and thread. Thank you for not making photocopies or in any way reproducing and distributing patterns without my express written consent! You may give as gifts the stitched version of a pattern. However, you may not sell the same.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be collected for orders shipped within the state of Florida. Sales tax will be calculated based on the current sales tax rate for Walton County, Florida. Sales tax will be added during PayPal checkout.
