Shipping Information

Your PayPal and Etsy address must match.

I will ship to your PayPal address unless otherwise requested at the time of purchase.

The item(s) purchased will be sent via USPS 1st Class mail within 3 business days of payment.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Refunds: I will refund your purchase if it has been damaged through the shipping process. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item. You can then return the item for your choice of either a refund of your payment excluding shipping charges or a replacement.

Exchanges: If you are not pleased with your purchase, I will be happy to exchange the item for another in my shop of equal price.

Extra Information

I currently accept payments through PayPal. If you are using an e-check via PayPal, I will wait until the check has cleared before shipping your item(s).

If you would like anything here in a larger quantity or different color, please contact me and I will do what I can to accommodate you.

A bulk set of the wine glass charms would be perfect as party favors for a wedding reception or bridal/bachelor party or baby shower.
