Shipping Information
I accept Paypal. Payment is due 3 days after order is placed.
I ship out items within 72 hours of cleared payment (Money orders that are sent, via USPS takes approximately 3 business days (if you live within the United States) to reach my studio.
Insurance is optional, but always encouraged. I always make sure that my items are packaged properly, securely, and with care. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are shipped out. Please consider this when deciding on insuring your item(s).
Delivery conformation is added to all packages that are higher than $20.00, to ensure that you have received the item. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact me.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP. I want to work with anyone that may have an issue, to resolve any problems.
Extra Information
All paper items are made from AF/LF products. I only use the highest quality materials for all my crafts.
My items are designed by me, and are one of a kind. Many hours are spent creating and assembling each piece, so that you may enjoy a wonderful finished product. Please DO NOT COPY these designs for resale (it is a copy right infringement and is morally wrong to do so without permission).
All items come from a smoke and pet free environment.
