Shipping Information

All items are made to order, please allow up to 7-10 business days for creating your camera strap, cover, or guitar strap before shipment.

Shipping is through USPS First Class Mail- shipping upgrades are available!

International orders are shipped USPS First Class. PLEASE NOTE: International delivery can take up to 4-8 weeks depending on how long your package spends in Customs! If you would like to upgrade your shipping speed, let me know and I will send you a quote!

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, convo me and we can discuss resolution. If no solution can be found, returns will be accepted within (7) business days of receipt, with products in new condition, and your payment will be refunded, including shipping costs!

Custom made items (altered more than an inch in length from standard listings, or more than a half inch in width, adding a lens cap pocket) are not eligible for returns or refunds. Additionally, a non- refundable deposit may be required for custom orders that require additional materials to be purchased to complete your order. For example, if you're looking for a camera strap made with hot pink faux fur, I may not have that in stock. If I need to order that for you, a deposit will be required.
