Shipping Information

All in stock merchandise will be shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment excluding Sundays and Holidays and unless otherwise notified. Custom order will take more time and I will give you an estimated completion date.

I normally ship domestic orders via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping and handling costs will vary based on the weight of the item being shipped.

Domestic Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) is also available starting at $5.50 as is insurance. USPS Express overnight shipping is also available and runs $17.00 - $28.00. Please contact me if you would like these services applied to your purchase.

International shipping to most countries outside the U.S. via USPS first class Airmail starts at $5.50. Global priority shipping is also available for $15.50USD upon request so please contact me for this shipping option.

Buyer is responsible for their own country's customs fees and/or any other applicable fees or taxes.

Insurance is not available for international shipping. If you need insurance or tracking, please contact me for pricing.

If you prefer to pick up your order to not incur shipping charges, please contact me and I will create a listing that does not include shipping charges and will arrange pick up for you order.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receiving it. I will gladly refund your money less shipping charges upon return of the item in its original condition. Personalized items are not returnable nor refundable.

Extra Information

Illinois Residents will be charged 8.0% sales tax.
