My hope is that you will find a piece that you connect with, that makes you 'feel'. A handcrafted creation that reflects who you are. That releases your free spirit when you feel it draped around your neck, dangling from your ears or embraced around your wrist.
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to me and I want you to know that I will do whatever I can to ensure you are comfortable and satisfied with your purchase. I understand that circumstances can arise, making it difficult to accomplish this, but I do believe by working together, it can always be worked out.

Shipping Information
Purchases ship within 1-3 days depending on if it's a weekend or a holiday.
I ship United States Postal Service, not insured but with delivery confirmation. I ship First Class for domestic and Priority for international orders. Within the United States, delivery time is usually 1-4 days. Overseas is 7-10 days.
Want to surprise someone? I am happy to ship to a "giftee's" address. I will even giftwrap your item in a handmade paper gift box, filled with recycled shredded paper, tied with a raffia ribbon and gift tag, also made by me. I'll include your message on the gift tag too. All at no extra charge.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I strive for my buyers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases and shopping experience in my shop. And sometimes when we receive an item, it isn't exactly what we thought it would be. If you are not completely happy with an item, please contact me within SEVEN days of receipt to discuss arrangements for a refund or exchange. As long as there is nothing technically wrong with the item or workmanship, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and returning the item in its original packaging. I CANNOT accept the return of jewelry that has been worn or used.
If an item breaks after being worn only a few times due to a defect in the materials or workmanship, please contact me to make arrangements for a repair, exchange or refund. I will be responsible for all repair and shipping charges.
I cannot be responsible if an item breaks due to other events that do not have to do with a defect in materials or workmanship (example - it gets dropped or stepped on). I can still try to repair the item if possible, and you will be responsible for all repair and shipping charges.
I write complete and thorough descriptions of my items with accurate measurements. Please read them carefully before purchasing. If an item needs to be returned due to the wrong size, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the item in it's original packaging.
Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.
Extra Information
I accept PayPal in US dollars.
Payment is required at time of checkout. Just make sure you "click" all the way through to the PayPal website to complete the payment process.
I'm sorry to say that New York State residents must pay an 8.25% sales tax. PayPal will automatically add this to your purchase amount. I hate to do it, but the law says I have to!
