I believe in fast service. Your purchase will usually be mailed within 24 hours. The exception being a Saturday purchase won't go out until Monday morning. I shop a great deal online and I know when I order something I want it ASAP so I strive to provide that service for my customers.

Shipping Information

I am proud to say I have never had an undelivered package. My clocks are packed very carefully and I have never had any breakage. When possible I re-use packaging to lessen the environmental impact. As long as it's clean, I recycle package materials. I use the United States Postal Service and will provide extra insurance if you request it. I ship to the address Paypal provides me. To avoid any confusion, please make sure your Paypal address is current and accurate.
If I charged you over $1.00 on shipping I will issue a refund. If I didn't charge enough...oh, well!

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I will handle problems case by case. With over 300 online sales, I have never had a request for a refund. I am confident you will be pleased!
