Shipping Information
I ship via USPS First Class Mail. This includes delivery confirmation so that you can track your package as it ships.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I will do as much as I can to assure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact me before leaving feedback so we can work it out.
Also, I will not issue a refund if the problem is with sizing. Please make sure you specify which size you want, otherwise I will send whatever size is stated in the item's description.
Extra Information
To determine what size you need, I recommend wrapping a string loosely around your wrist/ankle/neck and then using a tape measure or ruler to determine the length in inches.
In order to make hemp jewelry last longer, I recommend not submerging it in water.
