This “I am 1” banner is made with card stock and is strung on coordinating ribbon with enough extra on each side for you to hang and adjust the tags as you desire.

Each scalloped circle measures 3” and is made from two layers of card stock with coordinating letters and numbers. Perfect size for on front of a highchair.
