Description

This Happy Birthday banner is made with card stock and is strung on coordinating ribbon with enough extra on each side for you to hang and adjust the tags as you desire.

Each scalloped circle measures 4.5" and is made from two layers of card stock with coordinating letters and numbers.

Like the style of this banner but you’d like to change the color or theme? No problem! Just let me know what theme you are interested in and I would love to make it for you!
