by. All items in the store are knitted or crochet by me. I love items that are trendy, but practical and versatile. Fill free to contact me anytime with any questions, suggestions and most importantly feedback.
Items are shipped using Canada Post/USPS small package service.I found it to be the most economical, however it does not provide insurance. If you prefer other upgraded or expedited service please let me know , and will be happy to get the price for you. I take great care to package the items to be received in the great shape i.e packaging, padding, waterproofing, bagging etc.and NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. It takes 10 or more business days for USA consumers to receive the order. If the items got held by customs, it may take longer. All taxes and duties are paid by the buyer.

Most items are made to order, except where stated " ready to ship" Please allow 24-48 hours for most items to leave the studio. We do not accept any returns or issue refunds on custom orders, so choose carefully. Contact me before making a purchase with any questions if you are unclear about the item. I welcome all communications!
Please contact me ASAP if you are not happy with the item you received. Together we work out the solution. If item has to be returned it must be done within 3 days of receiving it in original package. Please take a lot of pictures of damaged shipment, so when I present it to Canada Post we have proof.Buyer pays the return postage.
