Shipping Information

I ship all items via First Class USPS Domestic and USPS First Class International. If you need an item to be "Priority" please let me know so I can charge you accordingly to the "Priority" rates . If you need something to be 'Expressed/Overnight', please let me know so you can be charged accordingly. This is done by weight/size and country you live in .

International Buyers:
I, the 'Seller' will not be responsible for any "Customs" charges incurred for International Shipping. The BUYER will be responsible for any tarrifs/charges upon receiving their item/s.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees and I will not mark package as gift. I ship first class to Canada and outside the U.S. so that shipping fees are low but you the buyer accept the risk if the package gets lost in the mail. I would be happy to send packages Priority or Express International to Canada or Outside the U.S., but the buyer will pay/purchase the extra fee if this is your method of shipping:)

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I do my best to make sure the items I create are of the best quality and craftsmanship. If there happens to be any damage, I am more than happy to replace the item you ordered. Refunds will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Turnaround Time:
Please know it takes some love and patience to put in the love and detail in these items. Below are my Turnaround Times at the moment for the follwoing items:
Headbands: 2 to 2 1/2 Weeks
Baby Hats: 3- 4 weeks
Adult Hats: 3-4
Scarves- 3 - 4 Weeks
Baby Hats/Diaper Covers 3 - 4 weeks
Baby Cocoons- 3 - 4 weeks
Newborn Photography Grab Bags: 3-5 Weeks

IF you need to have your items SOONER than my Turnaround Times Listed, upon Checkout in "Message to Seller" , indicate your "NEED BY" date, so I can take your request in consideration and acommodate :)
