Handmade contemporary and ethnic jewelry classics, a collaboration with bead artisans from around the world! I use unique beads to create jewelry with strong design and great color. Located in San Rafael, Marin County, California

Shipping Information

TIMING: Your jewelry will be sent within 3 business days after receipt of your payment unless size adjustments are being made or it is a special order.

US SHIPPING: I use U.S.P.O. Priority Mail with delivery tracking. Your jewelry will be packed in a jewelry box and surrounded with additional padding within the Priority Mail box.

INTERNATIONAL: Please contact me so we can make the necessary arrangements for international shipping to your country.

INSURANCE: Contact me if you would like to pay to insure your package in addition to the regular, included Priority Mail tracking.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS/REFUNDS: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, after communicating with me by email, (ann [at] annbrooks [dot] net) I'll be happy to refund purchase price (less S&H) if within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be in gift box and in original condition all shipped within a sturdy Priority Mail or other shipping box. Buyers are responsible for return postage. Thanks.

Extra Information

SIZING: Please feel free to request that any bracelet be made larger or smaller, free with purchase.

PAYMENT: With Paypal you will be able to make a secure payment using any credit card or Paypal account.

CALIFORNIA: Sales tax (7.25%) will be collected from anyone purchasing within the State of California or using a California address.
