My products are shipped from my home, in a smoke free environment.

Enjoy a flat rate shipping fee for US and Canada.

Shipping Information

Items are carefully wrapped and/or boxed and sent via Canada Post letter mail or light packet (to keep our postage costs down, no tracking or insurance is included). Canada Post (www.canadapost.ca) estimates packages to be delivered between two(2) or twelve(12) business days. Mail upgrades and insurance are available upon request; please contact me for revised shipping fees.

USA and International buyers:
If customs fees or taxes are added through transit by your country, i cannot be held responsible.

US residents, for imported goods from Canada up to 200$ there are no duties or taxes.

Canada: 1 - 2 weeks
USA: 1 - 3 weeks
International: 1 - 4 weeks

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I accept items returned only within 3 days after the item is delivered to buyer. Exchange or money back is accepted. The buyer pays for return shipping and handling.

LOST PACKAGES
If a package goes missing I will replace the item(s). If an item(s) *cannot* be replaced I will issue a full refund.
*Please Note: International packages are not considered 'lost' until 30 days after shipping*

and regulations, I must collect the appropriate taxes based on your
