GENERAL INFORMATION
• Items displayed will be as listed and available from stock.
• 'Available sizes' means that the item shown can be offered in these additional sizes and can be custom made. An additional cost may be included.

• Fibre Content is usually 100% acrylic and machine washable unless otherwise stated
• Usual colour choice for Aran is Natural/Cream. Other colours may be available at an additional cost
• Before purchasing a garment please check all measurements to ensure you are ordering the correct size and to help avoid disappointment or repercussions at a later date
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
Items made to order will incur an additional cost due to the sourcing of materials and the time needed to produce the product. Please contact me to discuss these issues in more detail.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Paypal will be accepted from Ireland, Great Britain, Europe and the Rest of the World.
Personal Cheques will be accepted from Ireland, Great Britain, Europe and the Rest of the World in Sterling or Euro.
Money/Postal Orders will be accepted from Ireland and Great Britain in Sterling or Euro.
PLEASE NOTE - Please contact me for postal address and cheque payee details. Items will only be sent upon payment being received and cleared.
DELIVERY
All items will be securely packaged and wrapped and will include a delivery note. I prefer to send items via Registered Post giving us both peace of mind that the item will be a secured delivery and that we will have proof of postage and minimal insurance cover, however I will use Standard Post and my shipping costs will reflect this unless you contact me to state you also prefer the Registered option.
PLEASE NOTE - I can not be held personally responsible for any delay, loss or damage in the post once the package has left my possession. I am not liable for any Taxes or other Fees your country may charge on the receipt of your parcel. Please check with your own Country's Tax services for further details.
TRANSIT TIMES
Delivery will be between 2 and 10 working days.
RETURNS
Please contact me within 5 days of receipt if you are not happy with your purchase. If you should need to return an item it must not be worn, soiled, used or damaged.
EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
Exchanges or Refunds will be granted with the proper communication and will be honored upon receipt of the original item which must be in a satisfactory resalable condition.
Due to the nature of custom made items which have been produced to specific customer requirements, exchanges and refunds will not be given. However, I truly appreciate your business and I strive to provide my customers with a high quality product and the best customer service so please contact me if you are at all unhappy with your purchase and I will try to resolve the problem.
