Once your PayPal payment has been cleared, I will ship items within 2 business days. If you need something special, please be sure to let me know. If I can not accommodate your exact request, I will do my best to find a close second. I use USPS to ship items. In any shipping situation, I will provide you with the tracking number, and or shipping details. I do prefer to keep our shipping within the USA for now.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your order, please contact me so I can help you. In this event, I will accept the unused portion of your order and process refund, or...If you prefer I can try to further customize the order to better fit your desire. Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible with used candles, opened oils, or sprays.
For a discount, customers can return their used ArtZebo candle container to me for 1.00 off the purchase of any ArtZebo candle.
If an item should become lost in transit, we will contact the shipping company for an investigation. If the item can not be located, we will claim shipping insurance and process a refund for the cost of the item.
The current condition for each item we ship, is inspected and photo documented prior to listing. Should the condition of any item change while in my possession, I will remove or amend the listing. If any item is received in a condition other than what was listed, please report to me immediately. I will report the damages to the shipping company.
