Shipping Information

Orders generally ship within 4-5 business days of receiving your order. Delivery confirmation is included at no additional charge to you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS:

You must notify me within 2 days of delivery of your order to initiate a return. You must return it within 7 days of receipt. All items must be returned in the original state they were received. Returns must include all original packaging. Products that show signs of wear, modified by another 3rd party jeweler, abused or broken will not be accepted for exchange or refunds.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. I can't assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charges are not refunded. Nor do I accept returns on custom/special orders.
