Shipping Information
I ship all packages with the United States Postal Service. I use either first class mail or Priority flat rate envelopes. Insurance is optional and if you would like it let me know and I will add it to your bill. All packages will come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I accept refunds or exchanges within 7 days of receiving an item. That goes for anything in my shop with the exception of a PDF pattern. Because of the nature of a PDF pattern and it's intellectual property status there can be no refunds or exchanges with that item.
