Babamoon's Shop Policies
Hello and thanks for visiting Babamoon Baby Hats! I am really glad that you have shown an interest in my work and hope that you enjoy browsing through my selection of beanies, headbands and other acessories!
My policies page should hopefully answer most questions asked when relating to purchases, but please feel free to contact me if something you would like to find out isn't apparent on this page.
All my hats and headbands are made to order and come in these sizes. PLEASE check to see if the size you would like is listed in the shop before buying as the sizes are priced differently.
Newborn 0-3 months 12-14"
3-6 months 14"-16"
6-12 months 16"-18"
12-24 months 18"-19"
If there is a size required that isn't listed above, I am happy to customize a hat to a requested size. Please let me know!
A range of hats available in my shop uses a selection of colors using a polyester fluffy yarn. those colors are listed below.
Note: This rainbow pastel yarn is dyed in a single skein. Every hat made with rainbow yarn with be a one of a kind color pattern.
I use a selection of suppliers to obtain my yarns so I am able to access a very large range of brands and colors so any specifics can be met if you have something particular in mind. Please contact me for bespoke listings.
I use UK Royal Mail to post all of my items.
Items will be dispatched as noted on the shop homepage. Dispatch times are subject to change due to surges of orders during busy holiday periods. All items are made to order. Delivery time will be additional to this timeframe
UK Royal Mail 1st class 1-3 working days
STANDARD AIRMAIL (For 'all' listings) Europe 3-5 working days, USA and Everywhere Else approx 5-7 working days.
Priority mail can be requested prior to ordering.
USA, Canada and some EU countries - Orders over $100 will have their postage upgraded to priority at no additional cost to standard airmail.
I ask that customers allow 35 days to allow for delays. If 35 days from shipment passes and your items aren't with you, please get in touch with me

I retain all proof of postage and receipts.
Please note that any delivery times in the listing will start from the moment the package has been dispatched. You will receive confirmation of any items dispatched from the store immediately after I have sent them out.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I do offer full refunds on returned items or exchanges for items of equal value (less value items will receive a partial refund to cover the paid amount).
Items must be in their original condition and undamaged to be eligible for a refund/exchange. I quality check my items before packing to ensure that they are right before sending.
It is a buyers responsibility to pay the postage for returned items under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 be it for a full refund or exchange. If items arrive and are incorrect (wrong item altogether, wrong size, wrong colors) or faulty it is my responsibility as a seller to cover costs of returns.
I ask that buyers please contact me before returning items as i cannot offer refunds or exchanges if items are sent without warning.
