Shipping Information

As the deliveries are made via email you should receive your high resolution banner within 48 hours of receipt of payment. However if you have requested a banner with special requirements or significant changes to the existing design, delivery time will be up to a couple of days after receipt of payment.

Deliveries are made via e-mail, be sure to add me to your contacts list so your delivery doesn't get lost in any automatic e-mail filtering.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

there is no refund offered on items if you change your mind, sizes are stated in the product description and preview images show you what you are purchasing.
