I will ship your order promptly upon receipt of payment. Tutorials will be shipped usually within a couple of hours of payment, at most 24 hours.

I think there is enough waste in the world so I use recycled packaging whenever possible for things that need to be mailed.

Shipping Information

Most items will be shipped via standard letter mail or over sized letter mail. This means that you do not pay very much for shipping, but insurance is NOT included and I cannot be held responsible for your purchase once it has left my hands. (Also, I cannot send your jewelry in a box at this price because it won't fit into Canada Post's magic slot.) This is because I figure you will not want to pay expensive shipping prices for a small purchase. Still, you can be assured that I package your pieces as carefully as possible. I have received very positive feedback on my packaging (check out my Etsy and Artfire under same name "Beadcomber"). Flat pieces are in zip lock baggies, taped down between pieces of card stock. More fragile pieces like glass beads receive some cushioned foam.

FREE Shipping* with orders totaling $100 or greater within Canada and USA!! (NOTE: Free shipping is sent via cheapest method and not insurable, if you want insurance added you have to choose X-press or Expedited and charges apply)

For orders less than $50, the following rates will apply...unless other methods are requested:

Canada:

Small items regular letter-mail: $2 (.25 additional items.

Larger items $3.65 parcel post (.25 additional items. Both these methods are non-insured.

USA:

Small items $3.00 (plus $.25 for additional items) in letter mail or flat mailer.

International:

Small items via "regular over sized letter mail" is $4.25 (plus .50 for additional items) (non-insured and slow surface mail)

Customs for US and International, if any, is up to the buyer and not the responsibility of seller.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

I do my best to give accurate descriptions of my pieces, but it is so different when you hold something in your hands. Returns will be accepted for any reason. Please notify me within 5 days of receipt to arrange a return.

Please return the item in as much of the original packaging as possible, ship it back to me with a confirmation number. Your original purchase price (less shipping cost) will be refunded when I receive the returned item.

NOTE: No return will be made on tutorials, ebooks and instructions sent either via email or in hardcopy.
