Shipping Information

Items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after confirmed payment.

Any purchase of at least US $10.00 has delivery confirmation included. All items are shipped using USPS First Class Mail. If you need expedited shipping please contact me first, so I can work with you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it unused for a full refund of the purchased item cost less the cost of shipping.

In the unlikely event that my product fails due to normal wear & tear I will repair or replace your item due to the ever changing availability of beads. I will repair your item one time free of charge, not including shipping costs to and from. I will determine normal wear and tear upon inspection of your item. Any future repairs you will need to contact me for pricing. Repair costs depend on the total cost of the materials needed to repair the item and return shipping.
