Welcome! Please read the following policies and feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you have.
I will ship 1st class USPS within 2 days of placing your order, unless it is a custom order. Expedited shipping can be arranged for items in stock. At this time, I am only shipping within the Continental US.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I will refund the entire amount of your order if an item does not withstand "normal wear and tear". If you wish to send the item back for me to fix it, shipping back to me is your responsibility and the amount of your order will not be refunded.
I take the utmost care in packaging, however, I cannot guarantee items will not be damaged in transit. If you find a piece has been damaged during the shipping process, I will pay for shipping back to me so I can fix it and send it back. Please notify me within 10 days of receiving your order is anything has been damaged.
I enjoy the challenge of making custom pieces. If I have the supplies I need in stock, I ask for a three day period to make the piece and send it to you. For pieces that require me to order supplies, I will need a reasonable amount of time to acquire the supplies and make the piece.
~A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom requests.
