►If you are considering making a purchase with our shop please read through these policies before placing your order.
►If you do not find the answers to your questions here please send us a message, but please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond.

Shipping Information

►All prints are securely packaged in a cello sleeve and shipped inside a sturdy stay flat mailer, each package is marked with a "Do not bend" sticker to minimize possible damage during transport.

►Domestic purchases will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
►International purchases will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail.

►Orders will be shipped out and depart from our studio within 3-5 Business days after payment has been completed (Business days do not include weekends and holidays). This time frame does not include actual transit time, which will vary depending on location.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

►All Refunds and Exchanges are handled on a case by case bases.
While we do everything we can to ensure our products leave our studio in perfect condition, that they are shipped in a timely manner and that they arrive safely, sometimes things just go wrong.
Please contact us if anything has gone wrong with your order and we will do our best to work out a solution.

►If your purchase has not arrived ...
Before inquiring about a missing order please keep in mind that orders can sometimes take up to a month to be delivered depending on location.
