All prices are in US dollars.
Payment is due IMMEDIATELY upon purchase. If you cannot pay immediately, please contact Amber PRIOR to purchase. We're willing to accept installments on orders of $75 or more, but work will begin only when all payments have been made & cleared.
We accept ONLY immediate PayPal payments (please be sure your PayPal address is correct and UP TO DATE BEFORE PURCHASE!) for all new customers: this means completing ALL of the steps within the Etsy checkout system immediately upon purchase. If you make a mistake when choosing your payment method, or do not know how to complete the purchase, PLEASE CONTACT Amber either via Etsy or email (found on your receipt/invoice).
Please note that e-checks take time to clear, therefore items will NOT BE MADE OR SHIPPED (if pre-made) until payment clears. This can take anywhere from 3-8 business days depending upon your location & your credit card/bank's processing.
Returning customers may pay via USPS POSTAL money order (issued by the USPS only please! NO WESTERN UNION M.O. will be accepted.), personal check, money transfer, RME, OR Google Checkout, but MUST inform us of this immediately upon purchase. Checks, money orders/transfers may be placed on hold for UP TO 3 WEEKS in order to clear. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. Once the payment has cleared, you will be notified, and your item will be made and shipped, or shipped if described as "ready to ship". NO INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS OR CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
* Personal Checks - All personal checks from returning customers MUST have a current address & phone number on them. We reserve the right to delay orders for up to 3 weeks while your check clears your bank as well as ours.
* Money Orders/Money Transfer - We also reserve the right to delay orders paid with a money order (POSTAL) or money transfer for up to 3 weeks, as these can be subject to fraud. Please contact Amber for money transfer information.
Texas residents: PayPal will add the appropriate sales tax to your purchase upon checkout. Hate to do it, but we have to!

If you have a deadline, PLEASE contact us BEFORE purchase. Depending upon the item, Amber's schedule & time of year, there may be a small added rush fee.
UPDATE: ALL NEW CUSTOMERS: Be sure that your PayPal address is up to date and confirmed. We are now only shipping to confirmed PayPal addresses for first time customers. We are not responsible for shipments made to the wrong address! PLEASE keep this in mind when placing your order with us!
"Ready to Ship" items usually ship the next business day after payment has cleared, and no later than 5 business days. Made-to-order items can sometimes take as much as 3 weeks before shipping, depending upon the item, time of year, payment type, and production schedule. Check shop announcement for current turnaround time, or feel free to contact Amber.
All domestic (U.S.) shipping is now done via USPS PRIORITY MAIL, with delivery confirmation. This is due to a large number of packages arriving late, and we know you want your order as quickly as possible.
U.S. orders of $75 or more will be insured automatically. If you believe your insured package has been lost, or if it arrived damaged, please contact Amber immediately with the date of the purchase, as well as your telephone number, as we may need it in order to fill out an insurance claim with the Post Office. If damaged, return the item to Amber as it was received within 5 days, and she will send a replacement. If you wish to insure an order UNDER $50, please contact Amber PRIOR to sending payment.
Due to several International packages being delivered late, we've decided to ship via USPS International Priority Mail. This service is a bit costly, so we will split the cost with you in order to ensure a quicker delivery time. All orders will be insured automatically.
Shipping internationally may cause your package to attract fees or duties when delivered, as we will not falsify customs forms. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please also understand that it is the buyer's responsibility to know their country's custom regulations, as we will not be held accountable for items lost by the U.S. Postal Service, items seized by customs or for customs fees.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We DO NOT EVER intentionally mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior, so please don't bother to ask us us to do this.
✿Our new post office claims that customs forms are MANDATORY, so please keep this in mind when ordering. We will NOT lie on these forms, so please do not even bother asking us to! Such requests will not be entertained or answered. It is your responsibility to educate yourself regarding your country's customs regulations prior to ordering with us.
Once you have received your package and are happy, please take a moment to leave feedback. Amber will leave you feedback in return, and then the transaction will be considered complete. Please contact us if there is a problem with your item before you leave feedback.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If you believe your item is somehow defective or flawed, please contact Amber within 3 days of receipt and she will work with you to resolve the problem.
Custom orders, Alchemy requests, Reserved items and Sale items are not refundable or returnable, and sales on all earrings are final.
Returns are currently not accepted on most items. Exchanges, however, will be considered and handled on a case by case basis. We exchange only for an item of equal value (no refund), shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and only in the event of manufacturer's defect with reasonable use and wear. While most items are made for intended daily wear, there are some items that can be dangerous if not worn and handled with care. All such listings are clearly stated. For instance, if your pearls were destroyed by harsh cleaners, you've been playing volleyball or practicing Tae Kwon Do with your cocktail ring on, you've been bending and re bending your ear hooks or cuff & it's suddenly broken in half 3 months after purchase, or your children have been playing tug-of-war with your necklace....an exchange will not be considered, but instead, perhaps a repair or replacement at your expense.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
We take every precaution possible in order to ensure a safe delivery of goods. Most items are shipped in a bubble envelope, but larger orders and certain cuffs are shipped in a small box. If an item arrives damaged, please contact Amber immediately, so that any PayPal or insurance procedures can be followed properly in order to protect us both.
If you believe your order was damaged in transit, it is important that you DO NOT throw out the shipping envelope or box. It is the Post office's policy that the customer has to present the items, packaging and claim forms. Post sale, if there is a problem, I will need to send my half of the form to you. This is now our procedure to protect against lost packages.
We ask that you be SURE of your ring size prior to ordering, as we do charge a resize fee! Sizing up doesn't involve the time & labor that sizing down does, and some rings (such as those with stones) just cannot be sized down. Instead, they need to be made all over again, in which case, the fee would be much greater. So before you order, know your ring size!
Also, please be aware that since Amber is SELF-TAUGHT, her work is NOT perfect, and all items will vary slightly from those shown in pictures. That is the nature of Amber's work, and what's so great about buying handmade! We expect you to read all information that is given to you prior to placing an order with us. If we receive negative or neutral feedback due to your own negligence or failure to make an informed purchase, OR if you leave such feedback without an explanation, you will get negative or neutral feedback in return.
Amber will repair anything you manage to break for a nominal fee, and will make repairs on her work for the life of the jewelry. Please contact her if you have a problem.
Amber's work is NOT to be altered in any way.
PLEASE NOTE that ALL EARWIRES/HOOKS and CUFFS/WRAPS are NOT made to be bent repeatedly! All cuffs are made to size so that just a gentle squeeze is needed for a close fit. Should you return a broken cuff, please expect to pay the full amount for a duplicate to be made if the base (usually in sterling) itself has snapped. If the charm or decorative component has come off, then it will be repaired free of charge because it means that Amber's join was imperfect. Mistakes do happen, and we expect you to be understanding during such circumstances. We want you to love your jewelry, and will make every effort to ensure this is the end result.
FEEDBACK: We leave feedback once it has been left for us. If you have a problem with your order, please contact Amber prior to leaving feedback so that she has a chance to fix things.
