I strive to provide excellent customer service. I want everyone to be as happy with my crafts, and products as I am. Any questions at all please feel free to contact me. I am happy to talk about my handmade perspective or help with any purchase inquiries.
I ship USPS first class for most items. I get delivery confirmation on all items shipped. Larger items will be shipped UPS. I am happy to ugrade to USPS Priority, just contact me and I will send a revised invoice for your purchase for the price difference in shipping.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I want my customers to be happy with their purchase. If the item arrives damaged, or lost in the mail; (I will check delivery confirmation information to confirm.) Or if your are truly unhappy with your item, please contact me. I am happy to replace, repair or refund purchase price ( not including shipping cost.) If you wish a repair or replacement please contact me and ship original back within 7 days of receipt of item.
