You can crochet this sweet micro-teddy for yourself , or give it as a gift. He's 5-way thread-jointed; crocheted from embroidery punch thread and a size 12 hook. The little fellow is 1-3/4 inches tall, not including his hat. You can make him even smaller by using, say, tatting thread and a .4 mm hook, or go larger if you like. He's 2 inches tall when made from punch thread and a size 10 hook. The pattern includes instructions for his little Santa hat and scarf, too.

Use this pattern to create a lovely Christmas pin and/or pendant. The pattern also has instructions to crochet the pretty wreath, using 2 strands of punch thread and a size 9 hook. He makes a gorgeous Christmas ornament sitting on his wreath, too!

He's not just for Christmas, either ! Just make him without the hat and scarf, or make the scarf in different colors.
