Welcome to Boba's shop. I do business by the same philosophy that I live by; I seek truth, honesty, and achievement. My goal is to provide my imagination and creativity through the process of drawing and painting. Once I create a visual depiction of my thoughts, I can offer it to another individual. My hope is that my art work will inspire unique and exciting emotions from my customers. In order to serve my customer well I offer great shipping and return policies, which are outlined in greater detail below. If any questions, comments, or concerns come up I can be emailed at greifer21@aol.com. If you are wary of internet purchases, don't worry about it, I will answer any questions to clear things up. Along with my policies, I abide by the terms and conditions of Zibbet.com and by my state and country laws. Shipping Information
I ship internationally from Folsom, CA, USA. My company of choice is USPS, they offer great service. If preferred by the customer though, I will research prices and shipping info for a different company. Every package will have tracking information and insurance for it. The customer needs to contact me first before ordering an item to find out the pricing for shipping, tracking, and insurance. My email is greifer21@aol.com and I will try to respond within 36 hours. The posted price of the item in the shop will not include shipping fees, so I need to be contacted before a purchase. If the customer wishes to order an art piece, I will calculate the total price with shipping fees and the transaction will be completed accurately. If the customer wishes to ship internationally, I will find out about fees for customs. Packaging of the art pieces will be safe, including bubble wrap, peanuts, and linen if needed. Larger pieces and framed ones will be packaged more carefully. I will provide the best and most efficient shipping service I can and will work with the customer to reach mutual satisfaction.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I understand that the art work displayed in photographs may not be exactly what the customer expected so I do allow returns. If by chance the art work arrives damaged, a full refund will be provided. If an item needs to be returned for another reason I can be contacted by email and will respond within 36 hours. The status of the item needs to say "Received" so that I know it did not get lost in transit. Returns need to include the original art piece in the same condition as it was received and all parts and pieces need to be present. Upon confirmation that the work needs to be returned, I will email with the customer to discuss further details. A full refund of the item's base price will be provided plus the shipping costs that were incurred by the customer. Returns can be made within a 30 day period but I will be open to discuss requests made after 30 days.
