Shipping Information

Local: If you are interested in skipping the shipping process, aren't creepy, can be on time, and meet in central Cookeville in the late afternoon or evening hours, message me before you purchase your item(s), I will remove the shipping cost and we can arrange a mutually agreeable time/place for pickup.

US orders ship First Class Tuesday and Thursday via USPS. Packages generally arrive in 2-3 days.

International orders ship First Class Tuesday and Thursday via USPS. Buyers are responsible for any customs/duty fees should they occur. On the customs slip I detail the item(s) enclosed, value, check 'Other', and indicate handmade items are enclosed. Packages to Canada and the UK take roughly 2 weeks to arrive, this will hone your skills of patience.

Expedited: If you require faster delivery service please message me before placing your order so we can discuss the updated shipping rate; feel free to suggest your carrier of preference.

Insurance: If you would like insurance on your shipment please message me prior to purchase to discuss the rate.

Packaging: Small items are shipped in a water, tear, and puncture resistant poly envelope/bag. Large items are boxed and wrapped to protect from the elements. I like to re-use or re-purpose packaging materials, so you you may see pop boxes, shoe boxes, etc, i have quite the extensive box collection :P

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

* Immediate payment is due at purchase. I accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Bank Card.

* Please make sure your Paypal & Zibbet shipping addresses match. To spare confusion in the event of multiple addresses I ship to the Zibbet address. Please message me if it needs to be otherwise.

* Non-Payment: If payment is not submitted within 3 days the transaction will be canceled & the item will be re-listed.

* All sales are final.

* I try to photograph my items as accurately as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about an item please message me before placing your order. Please consult measurements listed carefully.

* If there is an error on my behalf when your item arrives (this does not include postal mishap) let me know as soon as possible so I can correct the issue.

Extra Information

* All items posted are as shown/measured and ready to ship. If you need a different size or colour message me and I will create a custom listing for you. I will also collaborate with you if you have a new & different idea! I will not accept the challenge unless I feel I can complete the item in a reasonable amount of time and with the quality you know & expect from my shop.

* I will update you with pictures of your custom order so you can keep tabs during the process. Time frame & price vary depending on the size/difficulty of the item. I will contact you with the link after we have agreed upon price, construction & timeline. Payment is due within 3 days of the item being listed, I do not start work on the item until payment is made.
