BowWowzerZ CEO (Canine Executive Officer) is a rescued black labrador, Cinder. He is very carefully supervised by two more rescued dogs Angel (CFO- Canine Food Oinker) and Taffy (Canine Obsessive Officer). The mom's of the business can be found sewing collars and leashes, saving valuable catnip from the kitties, or meeting up at the dog park to let the crew run off some steam.
We are dedicated to animal rescue. A portion of our proceeds benefit various agencies, with a local favorite being www.4luvofdog.com. We volunteer with this group and also are foster homes for a couple of the homeless dogs.

Delivery confirmation is included with shipping to US orders. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages after USPS has confirmed it was delivered.

International buyers we love, but please don't ask us to mark "gift" on the customs form.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Delivery confirmation is included with US shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages once USPS has marked the package as delivered.
Returns- If you need to return or exchange a collar/leash/toy, please contact us by email/convo within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Items for return or exchange must be received within 21 days of the original delivery date. If you desire an exchange for a different size or style of collar/leash, please follow the above instructions. We will refund your original purchase and you may place a new order for the desired item.

Custom orders/id tags will be exchanged on a case by case basis.

Extra Information

We do our very best to accurately represent the item available for purchase. However, due to different color settings on computer screens it depends on your setting. Fabric/ribbon placement and stitching may vary. If you have any questions, please convo us.

Catnip toys are made upon order. Please note that it may take up to 2 days to complete your order. We will email/convo you upon shipment.

Custom ID tags are made upon order. Please make sure to send us your custom details (pets name, phone number, etc) that you would like printed on the tag. Our tags are not engraved. They are made from a special process that places the ink directly into the tag. The end result is a smooth tag and the printing will not wash off.

We welcome wholesale and consignment requests. Because we are a company owned by our rescue dogs and cats and are dedicated to animal rescue agencies, we will NOT sell to typical pet stores where dogs and cats are sold for profit (pet stores that work only with rescue organizations are exempt and welcome to apply). If you are interested in wholesale or consignment feel free to convo us!

We support all rescue groups! We donate a portion of our proceeds to a local rescue www.4luvofdog.com. We also volunteer and foster homeless pets for this organization. If you are affiliated with a rescue group and are organizing a fundraiser, convo us we would love to donate to your cause!
