Shipping Information

I ship worldwide.

The shipping tax listed for each item is for standard shipping (not signed for). Therefore, if anything happens to the package on your way I am not held responsible for it.
I will show you the proof of sending the item, but I cannot do more (awfully sorry).

If you wish to make super sure your item gets to you, I will send it through the 'signed for parcel' method. This is a bit more expensive and you will have to pay for it. If you want your parcel to be signed for just let me know BEFORE you place your order and I will change the shipping fee into a 'signed for parcel' one. If you fail to do this, I will send your parcel through standard services.

Because many a times I have a FREE SHIPPING promotion to SOME of my products, you should know that I pay for standard delivery (uninsured) with my own money. I could not possibly offer a 'special delivery promotion' (meaning I will never pay for special delivery with my own money) as it is very expensive (especially outside Europe) and most of the time it can be a bigger sum than the actual cost of the items I make. I think this is only fair.

If you will ever want your items to be insured, please specify this BEFORE placing your order and wait for my confirmation. I will change the shipping costs for the item ou want at the end of the page and only then you can send me the payment.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I will make sure the things I send you are perfectly wrapped so they will not suffer any damage on your way. Still, if anything happens and it's not your nor my fault, I cannot give you a refound.

Unfortunatelly, no cancelation will be accepted once I've shipped the item, so make sure you are sure you want what you ordered.
