Welcome to CC Creations...we are a small, husband and wife studio that designs and creates handmade jewelry and accessories using semi-precious gemstones, Crystals, pearls, glass beads, assorted metals and wire, leather and suede cord.
See something you like but need it in a different size? Please send us an email and let us know what you need! If we have the materials, we are always happy to create another piece that is just the right size.

Shipping Information
SHIPPING AND HANDLING - DOMESTIC (US Addresses Only)
We ship all items USPS First Class mail - with tracking and delivery confirmation - to US Addresses Monday through Friday. All items ship within 1 business day after cleared payment is received (except on postal holidays). We will ship by alternate methods, if preferred, but additional shipping cost may apply. If you require an alternate shipping method, please contact us before purchasing and we will let you know what the cost will be.
SHIPPING and HANDLING - INTERNATIONAL (Other than US addresses)
We ship Internationally to the countries in our item listings using USPS First Class Mail International. Orders ship within 1 business day after cleared payment is received (except on US postal holidays).
Please note: International shipping times vary depending upon your location. Your item may become delayed in customs which is beyond our control. Your patience is appreciated. Also note, all import licenses, duties, fees and taxes of the host country are the responsibility of the buyer. We list the purchase price of the items on all custom forms and mark the item as merchandise, not gifts.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS
We want you to be 100% pleased with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your item(s) please contact us. We will work with you to resolve any issues quickly. We will accept returns within seven (7) days of receipt (based on package tracking), provided the item is returned to us in its original condition and unworn. We cannot refund shipping costs.

PAYMENT
We accept payments through Paypal, including credit/debit cards through Paypal. You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to pay with a credit/debit card. Payment is requested within 2 days of purchase. Sale will be cancelled and item will be relisted if payment is not made within 4 days.
