Welcome to my shop! I have been sewing for many years. I do eveything myself - nothing is outsourced. I take pride in everything that I sew. Quality is #1 with me!
I accept PAYPAL - Personal checks can be considered. I must receive the funds before I ship..sorry, but I have learned this from experience.
I always ship in stock items within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
I mail USPS 1st class mail unless the package is too large to qualify then I use priority or parcel post.
Custom orders are finished as soon as possible and mailed within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
Once I mail an item, we are both relying on the post office to do their job and get it delivered. If you do not receive your package in a timely manner, please contact me.
If you want an item insured then please request this before purchasing so I may add the cost of insurance.
I use a "no frills" packagaging policy. I use what ever boxes or envelopes that I can find to keep the shipping costs down.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Returns are considered on a case by case basis. Just email me and we can discuss. I have never had an item returned to be for a refund or exchange for any reason.
I guarantee all of my products to be as perfect as I can sew them. Custom orders are always welcome. I also sew BIG MAN shirts - MooMoos - etc. Just contact me to see "if I can make it". Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
