Thank you for taking a moment to read my policies.

PAYMENTS:

Credit/Debit Cards: All payments are made through PayPal, is it safe and secure and you don't even need an account, as PayPal takes Credit/Debit cards with out creating an account.

Checks/Money Orders: If there is an item you would like to purchase and want to pay for it with a check or money order, please email me. I will place the item on-hold for 5 days, until payment has been received and cleared. (Please note if I do not receive payment with in that time, the item will be put back up for sale)

Shipping Information

For the time being I only ship within the USA.
All items will be shipped with in a day or two of payment (excluding Holidays) and shipped via USPS using Priority Mail. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your purchase has been shipped.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with all the items you purchase from Catnaps' Jewelry and Crafts. If for some reason you are not, please email me to either make arrangements for repairs or returns.

REPAIRS:
Catnaps' Fault: Repairs will be made at no cost to you, if the product comes to you damaged. Item will be shipped back free.
Your Fault: Repairs can be made, with low to minimal cost, plus shipping.

RETURNS:
Returns must be made with in one week of sales, with the original packaging at your cost. Once item has been received a full refund will be made (minus shipping) within a day or two.

Just a few guide lines for taking care of your jewelry. Just a few does and don’ts.

REMOVING PIECES AFTER USE:
When removing pieces after use, do not tug or pull to remove, as this may cause them to break. Do not toss on any hard surfaces, as this too may cause them to break. Always remove your piece before taking a shower, bath, going in the pool, doing dishes or anything that might get your piece wet. Also do not sleep in the piece, oils in our skin and twisting and turning can damage the piece.

STORING ITEMS:
When storing your jewelry, try your best to keep them at their full length; this ensure that your items will remain tangle free and prevent them from breaking. Keep them somewhere dry, away from direct sunlight and any heat sources.

CLEANING ITEMS:
For Bead Work, use a soft dry cloth to wire off dust, however if you need to remove more use a slightly damp cloth to wipe piece, DO NOT put the piece in water, as this will weaken the string used to make the pieces.
For Metal & Wire Pieces, use a mild metal cleaner, making sure to rinse and dry well before putting away or wearing the piece. Please note, copper and brass does have a tendency to turn your skin and the piece green when worn next to the skin, It is reacting to the oils in your skin. So if possible, wear over clothing to ensure both your skin and the piece do not turn green.

If you are anything like me, you buy a piece of jewelry because you really like it and in most cases you pay a lot for them, so you want them to last a long time. By following just these few guide will ensure you will have the piece for a long time.
