Shipping Information
I will ship to the address provided to me by Paypal when I receive payment. If you want your order shipped to a different address, make sure to let me know in time.
Orders are shipped by DHL (German Post).
International orders are shipped DHL AirMail.
Shipping does not include insurance. If you want a parcel to be insured, please contact me before payment.
To international customers
Please be aware that I can't cover or take responsibilty for any customs fees, taxes etc.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your order. Please contact me if there is a problem. Problems just exist to be solved. In some cases this might take a little time, especially if a parcel got lost in the mail. If you want to return an item, you will be responsible for returning it in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.
Extra Information
I am a patient person (no matter what my Mom says), that means I don't expect your payment right away. Up to 4 days would be nice, though. If there is a problem, contact me. I am contact friendly! ;-)
