Thanks for stopping by my humble shop. My number one goal is to create happy customers! Please be sure to read the following policies. I've tried to keep them as simple and clear cut as possible. I've also tried hard to create policies that will help us to build a lasting relationship with you!

Shipping Information

Unless otherwise noted in the item listing or requested by the customer, all items in my shop ship free of charge in the continental US via USPS First Class mail. I offer reduced shipping on international orders via USPS First Class postage.
Expedited shipping can be arranged by convo'ing me. Additional fees will apply.
I also offer a gift wrapping and shipping service with each item. Just let me know its a gift and I'll wrap it in a perfect package and ship it to your recipient at no extra charge.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Yes. I do accept returns, however, in order to maintain profitability, certain policies apply.
1. The item must be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If you need to return an item please contact me so that I can arrange postage for you.
2. Once your item is received back in my studio I will work with you to issue one of the following: (A) Full refund of the sale price of the item (B) A store credit for an item of equal or lesser value

When convoing me about returns or refunds, please be sure to state why the item is being returned.

CUSTOM ITEMS -
Clothing articles that have been custom created may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

DAMAGED PACKAGES -
Should you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact me about returning the item. I will arrange postage for you and send a replacement item.
