Shipping Information

International: I will send Airmail (approx 5-7 working days for USA, 5 working days for the UK and 10 working days days for Canada & approx.7 working days for Europe; please check with me for other destinations)

Australia: Items will be sent by Express Post (overnight)

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

My 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to me in its original condition within 30 days of the date you purchased the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and I will issue a a credit to use in my shop for the price you paid for the item. Please contact me first.
***I CAN ONLY ACCEPT THE RETURN OF OPENED ITEMS IF THEY ARE FAULTY.***
You will have to bear the cost of shipping to and fro. Refunds do not include postage fees. Postage/freight will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES:
Please note that I do not exchange items. I will only exchange items if they are faulty and then only within 30 days of purchase date.

I am not responsible for items lost in transit or damaged by the postal system.

Insurance is available for an extra cost, but not necessary.
