Shipping Information

We ship via Australia Post, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Items will usually be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. We do not ship items on Saturdays, Sundays or general holidays.
If you would like your parcel to be insured (at your expense), please contact me.
All items are packaged with a great deal of care so they will arrive in perfect condition.
Where possible we will use clean, recycled packaging.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Due to our products personal nature, we regret we cannot offer exchange.

We will however, refund the cost of the item, less postage, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

All items are priced in US dollars.
We use like to use xe.com for currency conversion.
If you would like help with converting currency, or firm price in Australian dollars, please send me a message before purchasing.
