My bio could be summed up in a short little sentence: I love painting in watercolor! You probably would like to know more than just that though.

I fell in love with watercolor while in art school where I was studying to become a photographer. I had a minor in fine art painting and took watercolor classes for fun. I fell head over heels in love at the very first class I took. And I have been painting in watercolor ever since. It truly is my passion!

While my medium has stayed the same, my subject matter has not. I have painted everything, floral, landscape, abstract and portraits. My studio here will be filled with works from various points in my career so you should see a lot of different subject matter. You are sure to find something to suit your style.

For the past three years I have been working exclusively on animal portrait especially custom portraits of people's pets. I love celebrating the relationship people have with their pets while depicting the character and unique personality of each individual pet.
