Payment

All payments are made through PayPal which accepts credit cards and debit cards.

The amount of tax charged depends upon the type of item purchased and the destination of the shipment.

Shipping

Products are shipped within 72 hours of receiving payment confirmation, unless it is a custom item or otherwise noted in the product description.

In the US, products are mailed first class with delivery confirmation and tracking by the US Postal Service. International orders are sent first class parcel post by the US Postal Service and does not include tracking.

Expedited shipping is available if I am notified before ordering so shipping options/costs can be agreed to by both parties.

All items are packaged with great care to protect them!

Refunds and Exchanges

My goal is 100% customer satisfaction! If the product received is damaged or is not what you expected, you can return or exchange the product as long as ChoozLove is contacted via email within 48 hours of receipt: ChoozLove@gmail.com

Selections vary based on availability and of course, everything is one of a kind. So if you see something you like, it’s best to act fast. All items are sold on a first come, first served basis.

We attempt to refresh the website with inventory updates as often as possible, however, in the event of multiple buyers attempting to purchase the same item the 1st order received in the system will be granted the sell and immediate refunds will be made to the other buyers.
