Here, you can find information about my shipping and return policies. If you have any questions or requests, you can contact me in a number of different ways.

Shipping Information

Usually, I ship USPS first class mail. If priority mail ends up being around the same price, I'll use that. Full size purses are always shipped priority mail.

If you'd like me to use some other shipping service, please let me know and we'll work it out.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I will replace the item or refund the cost of any order that is lost or damaged in shipping.

If your item is defective, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund including shipping costs.

If the item is not defective, but you decide that you simply don't want it, you can exchange it or return it for a refund of the item price not including shipping. Hopefully, this will not happen. :)

Custom orders:

If you see something in my shop that you'd like in another color or fabric, email me at christian@christianmarie.com or contact me through Zibbet. Prices may vary depending on the fabric you choose and any modifications you might want.

If your custom order requires that I make a new pattern, there will be a pattern making fee of $20 per hour.
