Shipping Information

I will ship to the address provided to me by Paypal when I receive payment. If you want your order shipped to a different address, make sure to let me know in time.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment.
Shipment from Paraguay (conventional air-charges/Air-Priority) can take between 14-25 days to arrive.
Shipping costs do not include insurance. If you want a parcel to be insured, please contact me before payment.
As Custom rules change from one country to another, customs will be under the buyer's responsibility only.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your order. If for some reason you're not satisfied, contact me within 72 hours of receipt of your order. We'll work out a resolution.
If you encounter any problem, please let me know so that I can figure out how to help, in some cases this might take a little time, especially if a parcel got lost in the mail.
If you want to return an item, you will be responsible for returning it in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.

Extra Information

I welcome the opportunity to work with you on custom pieces as well as wholesale orders.
I carefully ship your order packaged in a material bag or jewelry box put into bubble wrap mailer or box (depending on the number and size of items)to ensure safe delivery.
Gift wraps are available upon request.
