ConcordSoap's Shop Policies

Welcome

We have been making soap since 2000, nearly ten years! The Concord Soap Company was established in 2002 in Concord, Ohio. As with most crafters, we began by making items as gifts for family & friends. We formed our company & began selling by word-of-mouth, at craft shows and on our website.

Our soap is made by "cold process" in small batches to assure high quality. MOST of our products are safe for vegans! We do NOT use any colorants other than spices & herbs! NO preservatives in any of our products! When possible we use glass containers instead of plastic & recycled shipping materials. And, no animal testing...unless husbands count!

Shipping Information

We ship quickly via the US Post Office using First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We use recycled shipping materials when possible! We will work with all our customers to ensure a smooth, happy transaction. We will attempt to resolve any & all shipping/order discrepancies immediately. Please contact us if you would like to inquire about international shipping for countries not already offered. Please be aware that some of our items may soften or melt in warm weather. This will not damage the product! Simply pop it in the fridge until it firms up. (We don't suggest the freezer) We will refund you via PayPal for any shipping charges that exceed $1 over the cost of shipping/packaging.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns on our soap, bath & body care products. Our goal is customer satisfaction (in fact not just satisfaction, but elation)! We ask that you contact us before leaving feedback so that we can make YOU happy! If you are not sure which scent you may like, contact us & we can send you a sniffy sample.

Extra Information

The Concord Soap Company makes no medical claims on any of our products. We do not claim that uses of our products are meant to cure or treat any medical conditions. Your physician should be consulted for professional medical advice, as necessary. Always review the ingredient lists thoroughly to avoid any potential allergens as some of our products do contain nut oils. As always, discontinue use if rash or irritation develops and avoid contact with eyes. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further information or clarification!

If you do not see the product you want in the scent that you want, contact us, we probably have it in inventory. Additionally, we have higher quantities in stock than are listed in most cases. If you would like additional quantities, please contact us & we will list them for you. We are happy to accept custom and wholesale orders. Our products are made in a smoke-free, pet-free, clean environment. Please contact us for more information.
