Welcome to my shop!
I hope that you enjoy looking and maybe even find something that you like :)
We are a combined shop featuring handmade textile work (needle felting, sewing, crochet and more) and fine art and functional fine arts. Feel free to send us an email if you have questions, or want to have something custom made, as we both offer custom orders.
All orders are shipped out as soon as possible, we try to ship out within 3 days of you ordering. If something happens and I can't get your order out right away I will be sure to let you know.
Usually USPS is used for shipping, if you have a different method you would like used (UPS, FedEX, or something else) please be sure to let us know right away.
For Monica's textile work:
I am shipping most of my items in plastic mailer envelopes. If you would prefer your items to be shipped in a box, bubble envelope, or some other way, just let me know. Be aware that I may have to change the shipping prices depending on what you pick, so you have to let me know *before* you purchase or it will be sent in my standard plastic envelope.
For international shipping, I have it set up for a general rate for everywhere outside the US. If it seems like the price is too high for shipping, keep in mind that this price is set to cover shipping to anywhere and, as always, I will refund any over charges after I ship your item.
If you are local and would rather set up a pick up instead of shipping, let me know and we will discuss the details. Just be sure to double check my location, as we have moved a few times in the last few years.
If the item is a gift please be sure to send me a note about it. I'd be happy to gift wrap it and include a note for you!
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Refunds accepted within a week of receiving the product.
If there is a problem please be sure to contact me right away to let me know that I will be expecting a return and why you are returning it. I will always do my best to resolve any problems as soon as possible.
If the return is just because you have decided you don't want/like the item, I ask that you pay return shipping.
All exchanges will be processed as soon as possible. As with a return, be sure to contact me within a week of receiving the item. Buyer will pay for return shipping and I will pay for the new item to ship back to them.
Please keep in mind with returns that Paypal has a deadline on refunds, so for me to issue a refund it must be within their time line.
I am taking custom orders, but please remember that I am only one person making these items, and everything is 100% by hand. The only machine I use is my sewing machine, I don't have molds or forms that I use for anything. So if you want large numbers of an item, please know that it will take time.
If you need something within a certain time frame, please be sure to tell me up front what date you need it to be at your doorstep (that way I can factor in shipping time). Typically it will take me less than 1 week for smaller items, but large quantities, or large items can take longer. Don't hesitate to ask me about how long I think it will take before putting in the final order. I can even take pictures as I am working on your item and email them to you!
